These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ConnectingAIs ("Company," "we," "us"), based in Oakland, California, United States.
2. Services
ConnectingAIs provides AI integration consulting, workflow automation development, multi-agent system design, and related technology services. Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Statements of Work ("SOW") or Service Agreements entered into with each client.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service offer until confirmed in a signed SOW or written agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Use our services to build tools intended to harm, deceive, or exploit others
4. Intellectual Property

Client Work Product
Ownership of custom-developed work product (automations, agents, integrations) is governed by the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered work product. ConnectingAIs retains the right to reuse non-proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and generic components in future work.
Your Content
By submitting information through our contact form or in the course of a client engagement, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely to provide our services to you.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client business information, technical requirements, and data shared during engagements as confidential. We do not share client-specific information with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver services (e.g., a subcontractor under NDA) or as required by law.
Clients requesting a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may do so before sharing sensitive information — email [email protected].
6. Payments & Refunds
Service fees are outlined in individual SOWs. General payment terms:
- Project work: 50% deposit due before work begins; 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Retainer services: invoiced monthly in advance
- Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
Refunds for completed work are not provided except where ConnectingAIs fails to deliver agreed deliverables as specified in the SOW. Disputes must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
AI integration outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including third-party API availability, model behavior, and client infrastructure. We make no guarantees regarding specific ROI, performance metrics, or business outcomes from our integrations.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTINGAIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Our integrations may involve third-party AI models and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Microsoft, Google, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Their terms of service and acceptable use policies apply to their respective APIs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of integrated AI models complies with those providers' terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Oakland, California under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active client engagements will be communicated directly.
